A look in the mirror
Smiles back in confidence
It doesn't need
Loads of cake to hide the wrinkles
Everyday, the voices echo
Do this, do that
Apply this, apply that
What is wrong in
Having a dark skin
With a few blemishes thrown in?
Age is not a burden
No cosmetics can help
To erase the experiences
Which are gracefully
Embossed on the skin.
