Prompt: To write a poem about a small thing.
image:internet
Small
Invisible
So powerful
Shook the world
Created such fear
Loss and helplessness
You left so many
Broken, orphaned, and isolated
But, you taught a lesson too
Don't take nature for granted.

Lesson indeed, nice write.
ReplyDeleteLooks nice too, good gorm. . Mrs Jim and I came down with it March 18 this year. We were on a cruise ship, finished our ten days quarantine in a motel in the U.K. We are vaccinated and had our booster shots. Quickly we tested negative but we have lingering remnants still.
..
I hope Mrs. and you are doing fine. Please take care, Jim.
DeleteNicely done. The though of writing about Corona occurred to me after I'd submitted my post. So, I smiled when I read your piece:)
ReplyDeleteI hope we put that lesson to practice--I hope.

The first thought was the ordeal we went through due to this microspic organism. So, had to go ahead and write about it.Congratulations Arti on been featured today :)
