Prompt: Breathe
Form: Song
image:sneha
Serenading in blazing blushes
Flaming the seasonal eclipses
No power nor the strength
No power nor the strength
Stripped till the last breath
Emotions hit the surface
Emotions hit the surface
A rift of a diseased race.
Breathing fire, burnished fire the hues of fall...
Falling into little pieces
Converging in lacy lashes
Sometimes a kernel of faith
Sometimes a restless breath
They surrender without any trace
A kaleidoscope of a wonderous maze.
Breathing fire, burnished fire the hues of fall...
A garden of flowers
Reaps a layer of blushing leaves
To erase fate is like a forked myth
To improve, to reshape life they breath
Stuck in the quagmire
Waiting for the summer's fire.
Breathing fire, burnished fire the hues of fall...

Lacy lashes - love the sound of those words together. Good poem.
ReplyDeleteI've included a picture of the puppies on my Fur Babies post as you asked
Thank you, Grams. Yes, I check the blog. They look so cute :)
DeleteThe seasons come and go regardless of what happens in any of our lives. Beautifully written.
ReplyDeleteSeasons teach us life lessons. Nothing is permanent. Thank you, Cara :)
DeleteI like the shape of your poem and how the shape of the last stanza changes when things change in the poem.
ReplyDeleteI really struggled getting it right. But to a degree managed to put some rhyme. Thank you very much, Jade :)
DeleteA beautiful song about changing seasons, Sunita.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Punam. I loved your song, I did comment but couldn't see it uploaded :)
